Hamburg, February 23rd, 2016. Voipfuture today announced that Israeli Partner Communications Company has successfully deployed its voice quality monitoring solution. Partner Communications uses Voipfuture’s Qrystal technology to handle a broad spectrum of use cases including end customer service, wholesale routes, and VoIP troubleshooting.
In addition, Voipfuture and Partner will make use of their combined innovation skills and the full variety of Partner’s voice services. They agreed that Partner will be a reference site for monitoring deployments of new voice services. This close relationship is built on technical knowledge from both sides.
