Voipfuture started in 2007, when a group of experts set out to answer a question nobody was answering properly: how do you actually know if a voice call sounds good, in real time, across a live network- not after the fact, not on average, but right now?
The answer became our core technology: dual visibility, watching both the signaling (SIP) and the actual voice traffic (RTP) side by side, combined with a patented technique we call timeslicing – measuring quality moment-by-moment instead of smoothing it into a single call average. Everything we build sits on top of this.
We built it first for telecom. Today, Qrystal runs inside tier-1 operators, wholesalers, enterprises, call centers, and cloud voice platforms, on every continent: North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, Australia.
But once you can see voice traffic at that level of detail, it stops being a telco-only problem. Air traffic control runs on the same principle, with far less room for error: a degraded radio call between a controller and a pilot isn’t a service ticket, it’s a safety issue. So we brought the same technology to ANSPs – continuously monitoring every live radio and channel, catching interference, jitter, and ghost calls that standard network tools never see, and keeping teams audit-ready for ED-136 compliance around the clock.
