Voipfuture received order from one of the world’s top ten telecommunication service providers to monitor VoLTE traffic
Hamburg, Germany, April 28, 2015 – Voipfuture announced today that it has received an order renewal by one of the world’s major telecommunication players. It followed a successful IMS implementation and the strong results Voipfuture delivered. As part of the new order, Voipfuture will deploy its high-end media monitoring to secure an excellent service quality of VoLTE traffic.
Voipfuture was chosen for its unique technology employing fixed 5-second time slices to assess the quality of VoLTE traffic. Reading all RTP, RTCP, and SIP packets of all streams enables the most detailed picture of service quality and quality of experience available.
In addition, its unique ability to correlate air interface events and media quality the voipfuture monitoring solution helps the service provider to detect VoLTE network issues and supports fast and efficient troubleshooting as well.
