Jan Bastian, CEO
Jan has been supporting VoIPFuture’s management team since October 2008. A graduate of Information Technology at the Technical University in Berlin, he began his career at Dr. Materna GmbH in Dortmund. After a one-year stopover as a consultant for Delta Tech Research in Montreal, Canada, he was more recently the Product Manager at Teles, joining the Management Board in 1997. In charge of the Telecommunications Systems (TCS) unit, he developed it into a Next Generation Network player (NGN) and implemented big name carrier NGN projects. Jan is rated an expert for NGN/IMS technology and has excellent sales and market skills.

Olaf C. Zäncker, CTO & Founder
Olaf has been in the communications business for over 25 years and
possesses a wide range of professional, consulting and sales
competence. His ideas and inventions significantly shape product
development at VoIPFuture Ltd. At his last employer, Siemens AG, he worked
in 1st and 2nd line managment, as an alliance manager, head of a center
of competence and product manager (Silicon Valley), among other things.
Olaf's special interest is in real time communication – VoIP in
particular. In numerous lectures at home and abroad as well as in many
specialist articles he emphasizes the economic significance of
innovative communication solutions in addition to technological
aspects. Olaf graduated with a degree in Communications Engineering in
Berlin (at the Ingenieurschule Berlin Lichtenberg) and with a degree in
Information Technology in Dresden (at the Technical University of
Dresden).

Ralf Losse, COO & Founder
Ralf studied Technical Information Technology at the University of
Applied Sciences in Hamburg. In 1987 he went to Siemens AG and was then
involved with the development of innovative products and services for
load and quality analysis in the area of public and private
communication networks in both national and international project
teams. He met Olaf there in 2000. Together they developed new kinds of
analysis tools, methods and services for networks. They have continued
this extremely successful collaboration since February 2007 in their
own company, VoIPFuture Ltd. Within managment he looks after smooth
handling of all VoIPFuture ventures.

Michael Krüger, CDO
As CDO Michael is responsible for the development VoIPFuture Ltd.'s
innovative products. After graduating in Communications Engineering at
the University of Applied Sciences in Flensburg he worked for three
years as a design engineer in the area of meter data collection in the
USA before moving on to Siemens AG in Hamburg in 2000. There as a
member of an international technical support team he was responsible
for the realization of modern integrated communication systems.
He has been in the management team of VoIPFuture Ltd. since April 2007.
