Jan has been leading VOIPFUTURE’s management team since October 2008. He has more than 15 years of management experience in the telecommunication technology environment and was previously a member of the management board of TELES AG for more than ten years. At TELES AG he was responsible for the telecom unit. Jan is regarded as an expert for NGN/IMS technology. He has excellent sales and marketing skills and holds a degree in Information Technology from TU Berlin.

Michael is co-founder and responsible for the development of VOIPFUTURE's innovative products. He has more than 15 years of experience as system architect and software engineer, with a strong focus on communication protocols and systems used for VoIP and measurement solutions. Michael is an expert on high speed processing of communication protocols on embedded and server hardware. He holds a degree in Communications Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Flensburg.
