Who is VOIPFUTURE?

What product does VOIPFUTURE offer?

VOIPFUTURE’s offers a passive connection quality monitoring solution called Smart RTP Monitoring. The unique probe technology processes in real time carrier call volume and provides uniquely detailed analysis and diagnosis information for voice service assurance, the optimization of network performance and better customer care.


Who uses VOIPFUTURE’s monitoring solution?

Our customers are operators of telecommunications networks, carriers, internet service providers, system integrators and large companies to permanently monitor voice connection quality in IP networks.


What can I do with your product?

We do not have any problems within our network. Why should I buy a monitoring solution?

You are lucky. However, IP networks have a transient nature and depend on a smooth handling of hardware and quality delivered from connection partners like service providers. Permanent network monitoring enables you to track every change with an impact on the voice service level, to proactively detect issues before the customer complaints and increase the availability of your VoIP service.


What about privacy and data protection when monitoring calls with your solution?

We do not analyze the spoken voice (payload) to ensure the protection of privacy. VOIPFUTURE stores only statistical data necessary for a detailed analysis of your voice service. Every data transfer due to internet- or intranets is secured with standardized encryption protocols.


Why is performance an issue?

Today’s networks constantly grow and the demand for fitting monitoring solutions as well. Our solution fits to today’s carriers needs and is able to monitor on up to 10 Gigabit Ethernet links.


What is the benefit of passive monitoring?

Passive monitoring has no load impact to your network; just the real traffic on the line will be analyzed. You get a reliable conclusion about the user experience in your network and the provided metrics enable you to identify and solve voice related issues.


How fast can I get results with your solution?

After the installation of our tool, it provides within a few hours statistics and metrics about your network. Our web-based analysis tool is easy to understand and use within a few days during an installation workshop. But of course we also give detailed training courses, just ask for it.


Do you have also portable probes?

Yes, portable versions of our probes are available and can be integrated at e.g. customer side or different network locations to verify measurement results.
